I have been using Kutools for many years and love it.
I am running KuTools v18 for Outlook and Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2403 Build 16.0.17425.20124) 64-bit
I have four regular email accounts (four inboxes) and one shared account (one shared inbox) setup in Outlook.
KuTools is automatically removing junk email on my four regular inboxes, but it is not automatically removing junk email on my shared inbox.
I must manually run KuTools to remove junk emails from my shared inbox.
Why is KuTools not automatically removing junk email on my shared inbox like my other inboxes?
