Copy selected range to new workbook as values and add as attachement to email

Hi,

I need help with below and will be really apretiate if someone save me with it

I need to copy a range from active sheet (it's variable, so it will be nice to have a dialog box) and paste it to new file as values, saved and attached to email. The email subject is fixed+todays date. Email message is the same all the time. Below message I need to paste a different range (fixed - cannot be paste as a picture!) from same workbook but another sheet.

I was able to manage a part of this but not the whole thing.
