Como desativar ou ocultar marcas de formatação ou caracteres no Outlook?

Você pode ver que há muitos símbolos especiais aparecendo no corpo do texto ao compor uma mensagem de e-mail. Eles são marcas de formatação. Às vezes você está farto dessas marcas visíveis e quer desligá-las ou apenas ocultá-las. O que você deveria fazer? Você pode ocultar temporariamente as marcas de formatação da seguinte maneira.

1. Vamos para Formatar Texto na caixa de diálogo do novo e-mail e, a seguir, clique no Show / Hide botão no parágrafo grupo. Veja a imagem:

2. Depois de clicar no Show / Hide botão, todas as marcas de formatação desapareceram do corpo do e-mail.

Notas:

1. Se você deseja mostrar todas as marcas de formatação, clique no Show / Hide botão novamente.

2. A Show / Hide O botão não funcionará se as seguintes caixas de marcas de formatação estiverem marcadas. Veja a imagem:

Se você deseja desativar permanentemente todas as marcas de formatação, você pode fazer isso da seguinte maneira.

1. Na janela de composição de nova mensagem, clique em Envie o > Opções. Veja a imagem:

2. No Outlook Opções diálogo, clique em Mail na seção esquerda e clique em Opções do editor ... para Compor mensagens na seção certa.

3. Quando o Opções do Editor caixa de diálogo aparece, clique Ecrã na seção esquerda. Na seção certa e abaixo Sempre mostre essas marcas de formatação na tela, desmarque todas as caixas e clique em OK duas vezes para terminar toda a configuração.

4. Agora, ao abrir a nova caixa de diálogo de composição de e-mail, as marcas de formatação não aparecerão mais.

To remove formatting marks in Outlook replies...File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts > (Under New mail messages) Font... > uncheck (Hidden).

go to your mail, New Email, if you still find the paragraph mark still enabled, uncheck it, then close message, open New Email again and thank me later :D

File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts > (Under New mail messegaes) Font... > uncheck (Hidden).

go to your mail, New Email, if you still find the paragraph mark still enabled, uncheck it, then close message, open New Email again and thank me later :D

These users are right. I was barely able to turn off in new email but the reply for every different email from different persons as soon as I start typing it shows off the backward "P." Please assist.

Well, fourth time is not a charm. Went back in. None of the options for unchecking formatting appears anymore. I am seeing the show/hide feature. This is maddening!!

This is my third comment, so hopefully this works this time. Go Options, Mail, change format to rich text, then select Editor Options. In the box that states, "Always show these formatting marks on screen", make sure that "Show All Formatting Marks" is unchecked. I hope this works. The formatting marks showed up for me after I changed my signature. It is like everything went haywire!

I got as far as "Editor Options." There is no "Display," to click on in the left section . I read through whatever showed up on the screen. Nothing I looked through what was applicable to what I needed! Also, extendoffice.com needs to remove information boxes to the right that gets in the way of reading instructions. G, f, Tweet, Print and + are in the way on the left side of the page unless we want to continue to use the scroll up and down arrow to the right which takes us away from focusing on what we are reading. Sooo, I guess, even if I was able to get to the rest of their instructions, I would have been stuck in the same place the both of you complained about. Monica, Alain, are we stupid, or are the instructions not accurate!

I have the same issue. And no matter what I do, I unchecked all boxes but the Pilcrow characters, every time I start a new email or reply. I can turn it off for each session, but who ever created this problem where it wont turn off. I want to kill the person who made this problem.

This solution worked for me in Outlook 2010:


compose new email => format text => paragraph => asian typography => options => display tab => uncheck all boxes

This procedure works with "Arabic Typesetting" too

(In my Outlook 2010 installation, not exist the "asian typography")
