Como definir / mostrar o valor pré-selecionado para a lista suspensa no Excel?

Por padrão, a lista suspensa geral que você criou é mostrada em branco antes de você escolher um valor da lista, mas em alguns casos, você pode querer mostrar ou definir um valor pré-selecionado / valor padrão para a lista suspensa antes que os usuários selecionem um de a lista como a imagem abaixo mostrada. Para definir o valor padrão da lista suspensa, você precisa primeiro criar uma lista suspensa geral e, em seguida, usar uma fórmula.

1. Crie uma lista suspensa. Selecione uma célula ou intervalo que você deseja colocar na lista suspensa, aqui está K1, e clique em Data > Validação de dados. Veja a imagem:

2. Em seguida, no Validação de dados diálogo, sob Configurações guia, selecione Lista da Permitir lista e selecione o valor que você deseja mostrar na lista suspensa para fonte caixa de texto. Veja a imagem:

3. Então clique Alerta de Erro guia na Validação de dados caixa de diálogo e desmarque Mostrar alerta de erro após dados inválidos serem inseridos opção. veja a imagem:

4. Clique OK para fechar a caixa de diálogo, vá para a lista suspensa e digite esta fórmula = IF (J1 = "", "--selecionar--") nele, e pressione Entrar chave. Veja a imagem:

Dica: Na fórmula, J1 é uma célula em branco ao lado de K1, certifique-se de que a célula está em branco e "--selecionar--"é o valor pré-selecionado que você deseja mostrar e pode alterá-lo conforme necessário.

5. Em seguida, mantenha a célula da lista suspensa selecionada e clique em Data > Validação de dados para mostrar Validação de dados diálogo novamente e vá para Alerta de Erro guia e cheque Mostrar alerta de erro após dados inválidos serem inseridos opção de volta. Veja a imagem:

7. Clique OK, agora, antes que os usuários selecionem valores na lista suspensa, há um valor padrão mostrado na célula especificada com a lista suspensa.

Observação: Enquanto um valor é selecionado na lista suspensa, o valor padrão desaparece.

Hello, How can I get defined value limit in excel dropdown menu, like I want to Enter Apple in product against three name and it should not put 4th entry and give error if i do so, any solution please.

hello, my data is about names and phone numbers. can make it if two names selected in one cells using data validations, the particular name which their name as selected, their phone numbers will be shown next to it.

How can I set a data validation list such that if the drop down value in the cell is deleted, the cell will automatically show a default value (i.e. "-Select-")?

For example, I have a worksheet with multiple drop down lists that I want to show a default value of "-Select-" once the sheet is opened. A user will select values from the lists that will impact the result of calculations throughout the entire spreadsheet. A user may accidentally "delete" the cell contents of the lists. If this happens, rather than the cell becoming blank, I want the cell to show a default value of "-Select-". This scenario occurs in multiple random locations throughout the spreadsheet, not just in one localized place.

I was able to find the following VBA code so far, but it only applies the concept over a range, rather than just individual cells that contain drop down lists. The problem with what I have coded so far is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. Some of the lists are in ranges, but some are also scattered throughout the sheet. The problem I'm having with my current code is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. I'm trying to get this to apply over the entire worksheet to ONLY cells that are drop down lists.

Is what I'm trying to accomplish even possible?

The idea is nice, but my problem is that if the dropdown value is deleted, it doesn't revert to the default.

You can insert the function in that specific cell using VBA, make sure you call the insert function when workbook is opening.
